Shipping policy

At Ozy, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

• Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 5,000 IQD applies to all orders, delivered nationwide across Iraq.

• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

• Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours. You’ll receive a message with your order details and estimated delivery time.

• Delivery Areas: We ship to all major cities and provinces across Iraq. For remote areas, delivery might take slightly longer.

• Tracking: You’ll be contacted via WhatsApp or Telegram once your order is dispatched so you can track its status or coordinate with the courier.

• Failed Delivery: If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. You may be asked to cover the re-delivery fee.

• International Shipping: We currently ship within Iraq only. However, we plan to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
